Why we made this
The men in our lives kept borrowing soap that was never built for them, then wondering why their beards felt like steel wool by Thursday.
So we formulated for the actual problem. Skin under the hair. Itch on day three. Balm that holds without turning into candle wax. Bars that survive a gym bag.
HAFO is not about looking like somebody else. It is five minutes at the sink that belong to you, run twice a day, forever. Ritual, not vanity.
The hop-infused beard oil idea started in conversations at Southern Drift Brewing Company in Winston-Salem, and the HAFO Release Party returns there on August 15.
Our testers have consistently preferred HAFO oils and balms over everything else they've tried - and these are people who already loved quality grooming products. The new shampoo and conditioner bars have been game-changers, leaving beards and hair noticeably smoother and more manageable than traditional products.
