Refund & Returns

The short version
If a HAFO product is not working for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Unopened items
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived wrong or damaged.
Opened items
Beards are personal. If you opened it and it genuinely did not work for your skin or beard, email us within 30 days with your order number and what happened. We will refund or swap it once per customer, no return shipment required.
Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. No return needed for broken tins or leaked bottles.
Sample and tester kits
Low-cost tester kits, including the Ritual Kit, are non-returnable once opened, but the damaged or wrong item rule above still applies.
How refunds land
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the mistake was ours.
Starting a return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a sentence about the problem. That is the whole process.
